By signing up, you accept our terms and conditions.

You can become an affiliate by creating a single link towards Casino Riva. Just open an account: you will receive an ID and a password. A text or one of the banners available in our “marketing tools” section must be places on your site. Visitors coming from you site and registering on Casino Riva will be tracked and counted automatically.

1. DEFINITIONS

1.1 "Sites" are the websites Casino Riva owns, all versions and languages. That is http://www.casinoriva.com and all sites connected to it.

1.2 "New Player(s)” is/are person(s) who enter(s) our sites through your links and make(s) a deposit.

1.3 "Profile" is the single URL which is provided to you, in accordance with the terms of this agreement, and which measures your performances and calculates your income as advertiser.

1.4 "Banners and text links" is the whole of the graphic material which allows the redirection to the home pages of the site http://www.casinoriva.com via your link in order to allow a player to be redirected from your website to ours.

1.5 "Deposit”: is the amount of money transferred by the player towards the open accounts starting from these sites.

1.6 "Cashing" means all the funds which were withdrawn or cashed by players from their gaming account on the site, plus the sum on the account of the player plus each deposit transferred (or the credit received) by us, for any reason, to avoid fraud, error or any customer dissatisfaction.

1.7 The commission plan(CPA or Net Gaming Offer) offered by us is based on your site's evaluation and potential. This evaluation will be made by your Account Manager at the moment of your registration.

1.8 Commission payment will be made each month and only according to the data of our system. The advertising income will be calculated according to your unique commission plan for one month of activity.

1.8.1 The "CPA offer" offers an amount paid for each new player sent by the affiliate on one of the sites, and who makes a first deposit of at least the agreed upon baseline. A "Duplicate Player" is a player who possesses more than one account on our sites.
An "Abusive player" is a player whose behaviour violates the terms stipulated in our general conditions.
Affiliates who choose the CPA offer will not receive commission for 'Duplicate' players or ' Abusive' players.

1.8.2 The “Net Gaming offer” is calculated based on the "Net Gaming" generated by your players. "Net Gaming" is the amount of Bets minus Wins minus Bonuses generated by your link and based solely on our logs.

1.9 Many bonus seekers are redirected to our sites through forums. Consequently, we reserve the right not to accept traffic coming from these sources. Traffic coming from suspicious sources can be redirected automatically except if the player is accepted after agreement and in exceptional circumstances.

1.10 "Spam" describes undesirable emails and messages that you send directly or indirectly and which:

1) Contain erroneous information.
2) Do not indicate clearly the IP source of the sender.
3) Do not include a delete option.

1.11 “Fraudulent traffic” is deposits or traffic generated with illegal means with intent and regardless of the outcome. This traffic is not limited to spam but also includes non authorised advertising campaigns and the use of registered trademarks and reproduction rights by third parties.

1.12 “Sub-affiliates” corresponds to traffic generated via your link by a third party that you made register with our affiliation program.

2. OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

2.1 Registering your players
We save data about your players' activities. We reserve the right to close players' accounts if necessary.

2.2 Counting the play sessions
We record the player's sessions and offer you access to the activity reports allowing you to follow the income that you generated.

2.3 Payment of the income
You will receive your payment (as described above) resulting from the income generated by the players whom you directed to our websites and who opened a new account.

2.4 CPA
Casino Riva's Affiliation Program reserves the right not to pay the CPA to affiliates using abusive recruitment methods. Some affiliates promise commissions to players who register on our sites in order to increase their commissions. This behaviour will not be accepted.

2.5 Commission Offers
The commission plan will be agreed upon between the affiliate and the account manager. Changes can be made to the commission plan if all parts reach an agreement. Our commission offers will be based on your site's evaluation and potential.

2.6 Modification
Casino Riva's affiliate program reserves the right to modify the conditions of this contract by posting changes by a note on the site. These modifications can include a change concerning the remunerations, the dates and terms of payment and the rules of the affiliation program.

If some of these modifications are unacceptable to you, you are free to terminate our agreement. By continuing to participate with our program you are accepting any changes of our program that may arise and of which you will be informed beforehand.

3. YOUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

3.1 A link towards our partner sites
By your participation within our affiliation program, you agree to create a link from your website towards our sites. This link can be carried out by banners or hypertext links. With our approval you can create a direct link with our downloading file.exe. These are the only methods with which you can carry out our promotion. This contract will be immediately ended if you use methods such as spam in order to promote our sites.

3.2 Recruitment of advertisers
This contract gives you the non-exclusive right to direct customers towards our websites, in agreement with the terms of this contract. This contract does not confer any exclusiveness to you and it is obvious that we can in the same way contract others in order to obtain the same kind of service from them. The complaints you could have concerning your remuneration can relate only to flows you generate and in no case those generated by third parties.

3.3 Use of the marketing material
You will use only banners we will provide you without modifying the appearance unless you have obtained written permission. In the same way for the hypertexts links whose appearance and syntax are made by Casino Riva and which constitute the only representation authorized by our websites. You can only use Casino Riva banners to which we give you access.

3.4 Good faith
You cannot benefit from traffic generated if we consider it has not been generated in good faith, even if no damage has been caused. We reserve the right to retain any sum you are entitled to according to this agreement, if we have reason to think that this kind of traffic was generated by any kind of artificial or foul means.

3.5 Responsibility
You are responsible for the contents of your site of which you must check the legality. In the event of complaints you can be liable to damages.

3.6 License of brands
You have the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Casino Riva brand only to display our banners on your website. This license cannot be subject to a transfer.

4. FEES

4.1 Opposition
The opposition for the payment of any transactions is defined as a non-processed payment following a decision by a player to stop payment or from a decision by us due to suspected fraudulent activity. The amount of the opposition will be deduced from your income. The expense of doing this will be paid to the relevant credit card company and will be managed by Casino Riva.

4.1.1 Opposition and re-crediting during the processing period
If payment has been stopped or a re-credit of payment occurs during the processing (12 working day) period, we reserve the right to deduct these amounts from your income.

4.2 Payment of commission
Your revenue will be transferred between the 5th and the 15th of each month. The minimum payment by bank transfer is $250. The minimum payment by Neteller, Moneybookers, Paypal or Player Account is $50. If your revenue is less than the threshold, your winnings will be kept until the following month. If your account is overdrawn (if your players' winnings are higher than their losses) this will not be carried over to the following month. Your revenue will be based on our statistics.

5. CONDITIONS AND END OF CONTRACT

5.1
This contract takes effect at the time of creation of your link towards our websites and ends when one of the parties decides it. The end of contract must be notified in writing and takes effect immediately. THE END OF THE CONTRACT IS EFFECTIVE AS SOON AS ONE OF THE PARTIES NOTIFIES THE END OF IT. An email will be considered as a written notification of the end of the contract between the 2 parties.

5.2 End of contract
You must remove our banners/icons from your websites and deactivate the link which connects your website to ours.
The license rights transmitted to you end immediately.
If you did not fulfil your obligations, your income will not be paid to you.
We will be able to delay your last payment, within reasonable limits, in order to make sure that the amount which is entitled to you is correct.
Your players will be able to keep on playing after the end of our contract; this does not constitute in any case a continuation or a renewal of the contract.

5.3 Confidential information
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END OUR CONTRACT IF WE JUDGE YOUR WEBSITE UNSATISFACTORY.
“Unsatisfactory” means that your websites contains pornography, incitements to violence, racism or other forms of illegality or discrimination based on sex, religion, nationality, disability or other.

5.4 Commercial use
This relationship only exists for commercial purposes, which means that you, the members of your family, your friends and associates cannot carry out deposits by using your tracking link in order to increase your income artificially. If you wish to carry out test transactions in order to assess our system, please contact affiliate@casinoriva.com so that we can credit you back the sums which you have used for the tests. The transactions carried out apart from these tests will be regarded as fraudulent and will be deducted from your income.

6. REPARATIONS

You will have to defend, compensate, and clear Casino Riva, its directors, civil employees, employees and their representatives concerning any responsibility, loss, damage and expenses, reasonable legal expenses included, which are the result of, or are related to:

(a) Any failure by you guaranteed and contained in this agreement.

(b) Your obligations and duties relative to this contract.

(c) Your negligence and all damage caused by failure or omissions or the unauthorized use of our banners and our affiliation links.

7. REJECTIONS

We are not reliable for possible working interruptions and their consequences of our sites.

8. RELATIONS BETWEEN THE PARTIES

We are independent from one another and nothing in this contract creates a franchise, financial commercial or lobby relation between you and Casino Riva's affiliate program. The offers that you can accept are those which are made to you directly by Casino Riva's affiliate program and you cannot make any statement, except with specific authorization, which contradicts this paragraph.

9. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for indirect or specific damages, as a consequence of your membership to our affiliation program even if we know the probabilities of such negative consequences. Our responsibility will not exceed the total income paid within the framework of this agreement. Nothing in this agreement gives rights to third parties which are not one of the parties of this contract. The damages within the framework of this contract cannot exceed the marketing income and are limited to the direct damages.

10. INDEPENDENCE OF THE PARTIES

You accept that you have read and approved the conditions of this agreement. You understand that we can, directly or indirectly, propose to competitor websites a similar or different agreement. You choose of your own will to adhere to our affiliation program with this present contract as only guarantee.

11. MISCELLANOUS

11.1 Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction of Malta governs the terms of this contract. Any proceedings brought against this agreement will have to obey the laws of its courts.

11.2 Clause of non-renunciation
The impossibility of respecting one of the clauses of this agreement does not constitute a break with the respect of the other provisions of this contract. None of our employees, managers or agents can modify or give up verbally any of the provisions of this contract.

11.3 Remedies
The exercise of one or more of the provisions of this contract should not prevent the application of the other provisions. This contract does not affect any of our other rights.

11.4 Clause of renunciation
Each time that it is possible, the provisions of this agreement will have to be interpreted in order to be applicable in the field of the law but if certain provisions become inapplicable or illegal, such provisions would be inapplicable in this specifically definite case only. In no case the disability of a provision would come to invalidate the other provisions of this contract. If some of these provisions will come to be abandoned that should be specified in writing in order to be validated.

By downloading our banners and creating a link from your website towards ours, YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE CONDITIONS of this contract.

Casino Riva's affiliate program does not authorise any sharing nor handing down of financial compensations including but not restricted to money, bonus*, percentage aiming to push a player to register on Casino Riva. Any affiliate using or encouraging these practices will be banned from Casino Riva's affiliation program and will have 24 hours from the moment of the receipt of the notification to withdraw all promotions (links, banners, texts and others) relative to Casino Riva from his website. His affiliate account will be blocked and can be reactivated only by an exemption. Moreover, Casino Riva's affiliate program reserves the right to keep the whole income of the affiliate or to deduct financial compensations to cover costs caused by these fraudulent practices.
